Please let us know ASAP so we can plan accordingly. If we do not reach a quorum then the AGM will be rescheduled for another convenient time.

Drinks will be provided by the Club before and after the meeting with the snacks to follow the AGM. The duration of the AGM is normally one to two hours depending on the discussion and questions.
